Sarah Beech has been named chief executive officer of Gallagher’s Benefits and HR Consulting Division in Canada.

Prior to her promotion, Sarah served as executive area president, Central Canada for Gallagher’s Benefits and HR Consulting Practice in Canada.

Beech has more than 30 years of experience in the benefits and HR consulting industry. She began her career as an underwriter with a major Canadian insurance company. She then joined Hewitt Associates where she eventually led the benefits consulting practice and, later, the entire Canadian consulting operation. Beech joined Gallagher through the merger partner Accompass in 2018.

“Gallagher’s Benefits and HR Consulting Division in Canada has grown in size and client service capabilities throughout the last several years and Sarah has been a leading force in this growth,” said William F. Ziebell, CEO of Gallagher’s Benefits and HR Consulting Division.

“She has an impressive track record building teams and providing impeccable service to our Canadian clients based on their ever-changing needs. I’ve worked closely with Sarah for several years and am confident that she will continue to take Gallagher in Canada to the next level.”

Beech said this is an exciting time to work in the benefits and HR consulting space.

“There are so many different challenges from a leadership and HR perspective,” said Beech. “I am working with some of the most talented consulting professionals in the country; and I know that, together, we can help companies across Canada and around the globe design and deliver a better workplace experience for their people.”
