Year after year, Workforce Forward brings together a diverse group of thought-leaders to share their work in the inclusion and diversity space, as well as discuss what steps we all can take to become even greater allies and facilitate lasting change.
Hosted in either a dedicated online portal or intimate professional setting with catered lunch, each conference program at Workforce Forward features a combination of dynamic panel discussions and intimate workshops where attendees can meet each other and discover new ideas and practical strategies to implement equality, diversity & Indigenous inclusion initiatives.
Since our inception, hundreds of DEI & HR experts, Indigenous thought-leaders and senior executives have congregated together at Workforce Forward to learn, share best practices, and discover how to create an organizational culture of belonging.
