CPHR Alberta is a professional association dedicated to strengthening the human resources profession. With 6,000 members in major cities across Alberta, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut, it is the third largest HR association in Canada.

The Talent Canada platform includes a free subscription to a digital newsletter and print magazine. Every issue is packed with case studies and practical advice for employers, including best practices in areas such as recruitment, retention, employment law and more.

“Talent Canada makes the business case for investing in people,” says Todd Humber, group publisher at Talent Canada, an Annex Business Media brand. “It’s no secret that all kinds of amazing things happen when HR is done right — engagement, productivity and profits soar.”

Talent Canada‘s website includes up-to-date news, relevant to the HR profession and business community.

“Demonstrating the value of the CPHR designation amongst C-suite leaders is crucial for us as we continue to advance the human resources profession,” says Rod Miller, president and CEO of CPHR Alberta.

“Partnering with Talent Canada provides the association with the opportunity to connect with the greater business community ensuring the CPHR designation is widely recognized.”
