A recognized thought-leader, she is a frequent speaker, writer and media commentator, bringing a cross-sectoral mindset and practical advice based on her business career. Zabeen and holds an MBA from SFU.

From 2007 to 2017, Zabeen was RBC’s Chief Human Resources Officer covering 80,000 employees in 40 countries, and a member of RBC’s Group Executive Committee which set their strategic direction.
