Canada is rich in young, skilled and knowledgeable professionals who are driving organizations – and talent recruitment and retention within them – forward.

The Talent Canada Top 10 Under 40 recognizes the achievements of the newest generation of professionals working to recruit and retain the top talent organizations need to thrive. Strong work ethics, leadership by example, and efforts to grow the talent industry will all be acknowledged.

Join us as we celebrate the future of talent professionals in Canada.

The Top 10 Under 40 will appear in a special digital edition of Talent Canada, to be published in the fall.

Who can be nominated?
Anyone who is involved in recruiting and retention who is under the age of 40 as of December 31, 2025, can be nominated.
Goods and service suppliers can also be nominated.

What information should be included in a nomination?
Nominators may wish to provide the following information for consideration: projects or initiatives the individual is or has been involved in; results from past projects; day-to-day job responsibilities; workplace initiatives outside of regular job duties; and involvement in their professional community.
