Ramco Systems' Executive Leadership Team unveils the groundbreaking Ramco Payce

Ramco Systems has introduced a new platform-based payroll software, Ramco Payce, aimed at transforming the way businesses handle payroll operations. The software leverages technologies including serverless in-memory computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning to enable faster, more efficient, and accurate payroll processing.

The launch of Ramco Payce is heralded by the company as a significant advancement in payroll management, promising to reduce the time required for implementation from months to weeks. It features a no-code rule builder that allows the creation of logical, condition-based rules without any need for coding, facilitating seamless integration with Human Capital Management (HCM) products. Moreover, the platform utilizes AI to ensure compliance updates are real-time and error-free.

“Today, as we unveil Payce, we celebrate our steadfast dedication to achieving greatness. From its inception, Payce has been driven by the purpose to empower our customers with revolutionary payroll management,” said Sundar Subramanian, CEO, Ramco Systems. “With its robust features, intuitive design, and deep integration of AI, Payce will not only streamline payroll operations, but also provide organizations with strategic insights. We are immensely proud to bring this game-changing solution to market.”

Key attributes of Ramco Payce include its ability to process large volumes of data swiftly, offer on-demand reporting where users can create reports in a do-it-yourself (DIY) manner, and provide guided implementation to assist users with limited domain knowledge.

Rohit Mathur, Senior Vice President and SBU Head of HR and Payroll at Ramco Systems, described the introduction of Ramco Payce as a crucial step towards simplifying the complex domain of payroll processing.

Mathur pointed out that Payce is designed to facilitate efficient and easy navigation for payroll professionals, offering a modern, user-centric, and fast payroll solution without the need for technical intervention. He also noted that the software comes with features such as self-service reporting, a no-code rule builder, and payroll workspaces, marking a transformative shift in payroll management focused on rapid implementation and simplified operations.
