Diverse Hiring Practices: Webinar
December 2, 2020 at 11:00am EST

Conversations around diversity are at a fever pitch right now, with demonstrations occurring in both Canada and the United States in the leadup to the U.S. election. Many Canadian business leaders have pledged support to initiatives against systemic racism, and are developing plans to remove barriers that may prevent employee advancement.

In this webinar, you will learn how to update your hiring practices to better tap into a diverse, young talent pool and help boost your organization’s performance.

Join Tamara Balan, Chief Operating Officer at CivicAction and Dean Delpeache, Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Fiix Software, who will share how inclusive hiring practices and CivicAction’s free HireNext tools can give you a better talent pipeline and competitive edge.
