Kristi Erickson Joins Caylent as Chief People Officer

Caylent, an AWS Premier Tier Service Partner, has announced the appointment of Kristi Erickson as its new chief people officer. With over 30 years of experience in HR, Erickson brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Caylent’s leadership team.

Erickson has a strong background in professional and technology services, having held leadership positions at Accenture for two decades. During her tenure, she led initiatives focused on HR, workforce, and culture transformations to drive long-term change. Her experience spans across various types of companies, including startups, mid-sized technology firms, and Fortune 500 companies. Erickson is known for her ability to build high-performing teams and her customer-centric and collaborative approach.

As CPO, Erickson will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of people, talent, and human capital functions at Caylent. Her primary objective will be to maintain Caylent’s position as a premier partner within the AWS ecosystem by prioritizing a people-centric focus and promoting a supportive and inclusive work environment. By enhancing the overall employee experience, Erickson aims to contribute to Caylent’s continued success.

Valerie Henderson, president of Caylent, expressed her satisfaction with Erickson joining the team, highlighting her extensive knowledge and passion for people. This appointment reflects Caylent’s commitment to creating an inclusive workplace and further diversifying its leadership team, as now four out of six executive functions are led by women.
